CallPoint New Europe has won the Best Romanian Call Center award, in the Medium Enterprise category. The Company was honored with this prestigious accolade at the fourth edition of the Customer Care Conference and Expo, which took place on May 16th, 2012, at Novotel, Bucharest.
The event brought together the major contact center companies in Romania, as well as leading experts from top firms active in various fields of business. This is the most important Eastern European event addressing the customer care industry, with a focus on strategic marketing insights.
According to the members of the jury, CallPoint was awarded for its ‘high standard of professionalism, thus ensuring a quality service for customers, a positive working environment for employees and also profitability’.
