On September 2010 we launched Multilingual BPO – a unique project aimed at providing global audiences with a better understanding of the Business Process Outsourcing industry.
Two years later, we are taking a different direction in the way we introduce our knowledge to you, the people that follow us and care about what we do.
We are going to focus on the things that make our company work on daily basis – the procedures, the people and the decisions that have to be made every single day in an international multilingual environment.
As we see it – a company is more than just its client portfolio and a list of the business process outsourcing solutions that we provide.
For us CallPoint is a constantly evolving system. It is a place where innovation and business excellence go hand-in-hand in every single aspect of our work – from the way we recruit new people, to how we train them and strive to constantly improve their skills and the customer service they provide to our clients.
